The Retail Cloud Alliance (RCA) publishes four reports each year, each focused on the evolving role of cloud, data, and AI in retail innovation. For this edition—How Cloud-Connected Brands Grow Together—the Alliance sought to highlight how unified data ecosystems are enabling new levels of collaboration, agility, and customer engagement.
The goal was to create a flagship thought-leadership report that represented the Alliance’s then-members—Microsoft, Cognizant, LogicBroker, Kyndryl, Icertis, and VusionGroup—while maintaining a cohesive, research-backed narrative that demonstrated the transformative impact of cloud technology across the retail value chain.
The Solution

Execution & Approach
Executed as a multi-sponsor collaboration, the project required close coordination between RETHINK Retail’s editorial, design, and marketing teams and the RCA’s partner organizations. I oversaw content planning, timeline management, and review cycles, ensuring each contributor’s perspective supported the unified narrative.
The final report was optimized for omni-channel distribution across newsletters, LinkedIn, and targeted email campaigns, serving as both a lead-generation asset and a foundational reference for the RCA’s ongoing research series.
