As Managing Editor, I led the project from concept to publication — expanding the editorial framework, refining SME outreach, and guiding narrative alignment to ensure the report reflected both sponsor objectives and RETHINK Retail’s growing position as an industry thought leader.

As Managing Editor, I led the ideation, editorial refinement, and full project management for the 2025 edition—guiding the publication from concept through completion.
I expanded the editorial direction beyond surface-level trend analysis to emphasize how innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric design are converging to define the next era of retail transformation.
Key initiatives included:
Redefining the editorial framework and theme, Strategies for a Transforming Market, to reflect the most influential retail conversations heading into 2025.
Interviewing and integrating insights from executives at Cognizant, Fortinet, Rocketium, and Optimum Retailing, ensuring each section delivered actionable leadership perspective.
Overseeing cross-functional collaboration between editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent message alignment and sponsor visibility.
Providing creative and editorial direction for report graphics, pull quotes, and promotional assets to maintain brand cohesion across written and visual deliverables.
